The agenda has the following objectives:

• Anticipate the goals for carbon neutrality in 2030, accelerating the processes of decarbonization in cities by introducing new products that promote new models of use and that contribute to changing behavior in communities and citizens.
• Optimize mobility systems through more efficient information management and operation of the various new and existing services in cities, open and interoperable among them, that underpin mobility-as-an-utility and mobility billing.
• Accelerate 4-year development and industrialization of connected mobility products to a new generation of devices, data science platforms for connectivity, mobility and sustainability management.
• Ensure the differentiation of products and services with the incorporation of new technologies throughout their life cycle.
