As part of the INFIMO project, MOBINOV developed the Women in Tech initiative, which aims to promote gender equality in the technology and industry sectors by gathering testimonials from various women working in these sectors.
Professionals from Luza Group, INEGI, Capgemini Engineering, Ubiwhere, and MOBINOV shared their journeys, challenges, and experiences, highlighting the importance of creating more inclusive environments and diverse work teams. Among the topics discussed were female representation in leadership positions, the importance of well-implemented equality policies, and the positive impact of international cooperation between women from different countries.
This sharing of perspectives allows us to identify best practices and promote real change within organizations, contributing to a more innovative, diverse, and competitive industry.
