The Battery Tech Summit took place on May 27, bringing together experts, companies, and stakeholders to discuss the future of battery technologies in Portugal. The event, which aimed to accelerate the energy transition, stood out for its strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and technological development. The opening session was led by the newly elected President of MOBINOV, Miguel Pinto.
In addition, the following day saw the first edition of TECH GIRLS CAMP, a pioneering initiative that challenges 23 elementary and high school students to explore technical areas such as energy, programming, and automation. This program promotes direct contact with emerging technologies and aims to inspire a new generation of female talent in the technology industry.
Both events reflect a clear commitment to developing strategic skills and promoting gender equality, fundamental pillars for the future of sustainable mobility and the national automotive industry.
MOBINOV – Portuguese Automotive Cluster is delighted to be part of these initiatives, in collaboration with ATEC, as part of the Voltage project.
