Between May 10 and 12, 2023, the second REMOBILISE mission took place in the beautiful city of Porto. The consortium partner, Mobinov, hosted representatives of cities and consortium partners from all over Europe to learn about the local ecosystem and its economic players, visit important sites and participate in a training session.<\/em> The overall goal was to learn about the implementation of innovative mobility solutions for cities, in the field of micromobility, active mobility, policy formulation, etc.<\/p>\n\n

On the first day, participants had the opportunity to attend high-level speeches by ecosystem partners. The main thematic focus was “Cities of the Future” and “Successful Examples in Mobility”, with speakers from AVL Ib\u00e9rica, Ubiwhere and Caetanobus, among others. Attendees attended presentation sessions by Mobinov Cluster members and networking activities, creating valuable collaboration opportunities. Likewise, they were also able to participate in a guided tour of CEiiA<\/a>. The day concluded with a networking dinner to enhance networking and collaboration activities.<\/p>\n\n

On the second day, the participants visited some of the most innovative hubs<\/em> in Portugal. The day started with a visit to INESC TEC<\/a>, followed by a presentation and visit to Capgemini Engineering<\/a>, an R&D company in Vila Nova de Gaia. Later in the afternoon, the participants had the opportunity to learn about other innovative mobility solutions at the CCG – Computer Graphics Center<\/a>, a technology and innovation center in Guimar\u00e3es.<\/p>\n\n

On the third day, the mission concluded with an extensive training session<\/em> on the theme of urban mobility trends and opportunities, given by the Porto Business School.<\/p>\n\n
