With the announcement that 2023 will be the European Year of Competencies, ATEC challenges professionals and organizations to invest in their development through the solutions now presented. The Training Plan brings together a comprehensive training offer that allows companies to overcome the challenges they face, namely in terms of energy optimization, flexibility of maintenance teams, process efficiency, operational leadership, multicultural and generational management, among others.
