With the European goal of suspending the sale of internal combustion engine cars from 2035, and in the face of growing international competition, it is essential to ensure an integrated approach that promotes innovation, reindustrialization, and the qualification of Portuguese workers. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portugal has a solid automotive industrial ecosystem, which contributes significantly to employment, exports, and foreign direct investment. However, it faces structural challenges that require strategic vision: from the acceleration of electric mobility and vehicle digitization to the reorganization of global value chains. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MOBINOV recalls that the <strong>Automotive Observatory,<\/strong> created in 2021 by MOBINOV, AFIA, and ACAP, already constitutes a relevant platform for analyzing and anticipating the transition in the sector.
