For MOBINOV \u2013 Automotive and Mobility Cluster Association \u2013 gender diversity is not only an ethical and social issue, but also an essential factor in strengthening competitiveness and the ability to respond to complex challenges.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAt Mobinov, we firmly believe that gender equality is an essential pillar of innovation and sustainable progress in the automotive industry,\u201d says Isabel Oliveira, Project Manager at MOBINOV.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ongoing Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the aim of accelerating this change, Mobinov has been implementing several measures:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Working groups with balanced gender representation,<\/strong> ensuring that diverse perspectives are directly integrated into decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mentoring programs<\/strong> that support the personal and professional development of women in traditionally male-dominated contexts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Events, workshops, and webinars<\/strong> that highlight female experts in the fields of technology and mobility, inspiring new generations of professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>European Projects and International Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the European level, Mobinov participates in collaborative projects that promote gender equality, such as <strong>INFIMO.<\/strong> Under <strong>Work Package 3 \u2013 Enhancing gender responsiveness and diversity,<\/strong> tools and methodologies are being developed to integrate diversity fairly and equitably into technological and industrial innovation ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initiatives such as <strong>Women in Tech<\/strong> are equally fundamental to deconstructing stereotypes, reinforcing the visibility of women in the sector, and creating networks for sharing and collective empowerment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A path of Continuous Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the progress made, MOBINOV recognizes that structural change requires perseverance, strategic vision, and ongoing commitment. Gender equality must be at the heart of corporate and public policies.
